I just wanted to write a very quick update to say that I’ve just completed another pet portrait.
This time it’s of Bonnie the Sprocker:
This portrait was painted in watercolour. Initially, it was going to be a full-body portrait, but due to Bonnie’s feet being hidden by a very thick rug, I decided to change to a head and shoulders view, with a diffuse blending thanks to the watercolour.
The customer hasn’t yet specified whether they’d like their painting framed or not, but it can be tricky to decide on a frame style sometimes, especially when they all look so good!
I’ll hopefully have the time-lapse up on YouTube in the next day or two and will update this post when it’s live.
As always, if you’d like to commission a pet portrait from TCC, whether it be for yourself or as a gift, get in touch.
