Returns & Refunds
As all prints and frames are bespoke and made to order, they can only be returned/replaced if faulty.
I will not be held liable for any errors made by the customer. Please ensure that you’ve measured and have selected the correct frame or size of print for your requirements.
Orders cannot usually be amended once submitted, but if you’ve made a mistake please get in touch as soon as possible, and I’ll see if your order can be changed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me within 24 hours of receipt at: firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you’ve received the wrong item. Please provide photos of the issue(s) and include your order details. I’ll then evaluate the issue and go though your options with you to make it right.
I will be limited with what I can do for you if you report any issues after 24 hours of receipt, but I will, within reason, still see what can be done.
