Refund Policy

Commission Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your commission, any deposits paid will not be returned. If I have already started work on your commission you may also be charged for the time I’ve committed to it, up to the point of cancellation.
You can only cancel your commission prior to it going into production for printing and/or framing. If you choose to cancel your commission after this point, you will be liable for the full cost of the commission.

Returns & Refunds

As all prints and frames are bespoke and made to order, they can only be returned/replaced if faulty.

I will not be held liable for any errors made by the customer. Please ensure that you’ve measured and have selected the correct frame or size of print for your requirements.

Orders cannot usually be amended once submitted, but if you’ve made a mistake please get in touch as soon as possible, and I’ll see if your order can be changed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me within 24 hours of receipt at: if the item is defective or damaged. Please provide photos of the issue(s) and include your order details. I’ll then evaluate the issue and go through your options with you to make it right.
I will be limited with what I can do for you if you report any issues after 24 hours of receipt, but I will, within reason, still see what can be done.
